The invention relates to a series of a new quinoline compound shown as the formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a prodrug, a metabolite, an isotopic derivative and a solvate of the compound, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound and used for preventing or treating diseases and symptoms related to a protein tyrosine kinase receptor, and an application of the seriesof the new quinoline compound as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor to medical, pharmaceutical, biological, physiological and biochemical experiments.
