Used in Textile Industry:
Disperse Orange 32 is used as a dye for synthetic fibers such as polyester, acetate, and triacetate. It is particularly effective for high temperature and high pressure dyeing methods, as well as hot melt dyeing method. However, the carrier dyeing effect is poorer and the dyeing levelness is also poorer.
Used in Printing Industry:
Disperse Orange 32 can be used for direct polyester fabric printing. However, it should not be used for discharge printing.
Standard:
Disperse Orange 32 has been tested for various fastness properties, including ironing fastness, light fastness, perspiration fastness, and washing fastness. The results are as follows:
Ironing Fastness: AATCC 4-5, ISO 4-5
Light Fastness: AATCC 4-5, ISO 4-5
Perspiration Fastness: AATCC 7, ISO 5
Washing Fastness: AATCC 5, ISO 5
Fading and staining are also evaluated, with the results as follows:
