The invention discloses a substituted benzothiazole compound, or a prodrug of an isomer, salt or solvate thereof. The formula of the compound is represented by general formula I, and substituent groups in the general formula are defined in the description. The substituted benzothiazole compound or the prodrug of the isomer, salt or solvate thereof can be used as an RIPK1 and RIPK3 kinase inhibitor, and can also be used as a programmed cell necrosis inhibitor, so that programmed cell necrosis is effectively inhibited; and the compound can be used for preparing drugs for preventing and treatingprogrammed cell necrosis related diseases, or drugs for treating inflammatory, infectious, ischemic or degenerative related diseases or tissue injuries caused by RIPK1 and RIPK3 kinase disorder and excessive activation.
