The invention discloses a transposition method of a 1-cyclohexyl-2, 3-difluorobenzene compound, and the transposition method takes halogen as a catalyst. The transposition method is particularly suitable for 1-cyclohexyl-2, 3-difluorophenyl ether compounds, in the compounds, halogen existing in the form of a dichloromethane solution is dropwise added to serve as a catalyst, the cis-isomer can be transposed into the trans-isomer, the quite high yield can be provided, and the transposition efficiency can be improved; further, in combination with the recrystallization step, almost 100% of the trans isomer can be provided.
