PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrimidine substituted purine compound which can be used as a kinase inhibitor in a treatment of serine/threonine protein kinase related disorders/conditions, for example cancer, pre-cancer conditions or hyperplasia, autoimmune or inflammatory diseases or diseases caused by excessive angiogenesis.SOLUTION: There are provided 5-(9-isopropyl-8-methyl-2-morpholine-4-yl-9H-purine-6-yl)-pyrimidine-2-yl amine, preparation method thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compound.
