The condensation of the 2-aminopyrazine with the ethyl 2-chloroacetate proceeds according to different competitive mechanism.Three structures were obsreved, one of which already pointed out by ourselves, is the ethyl 6-methyl 5H-pyrrolopyrazine 7-carboxylate.The structure was confirmed by chemical way, X ray diffraction, and NMR spectroscopy.
