Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 1253124-39-8 includes 10 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 7 digits, 1,2,5,3,1,2 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1253124-39:
(9*1)+(8*2)+(7*5)+(6*3)+(5*1)+(4*2)+(3*4)+(2*3)+(1*9)=118
118 % 10 = 8
So 1253124-39-8 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

A novel tridentate Schiff base dioxo-molybdenum(VI) complex: Synthesis, experimental and theoretical studies on its crystal structure, FTIR, UV-visible, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra

Saheb, Vahid,Sheikhshoaie, Iran,Stoeckli-Evans, Helen

, p. 29 - 36 (2012)

A new dioxo-molybdenum(VI) complex [MoO2(L)(H2O)] has been synthesized, using 5-methoxy 2-[(2-hydroxypropylimino)methyl]phenol as tridentate ONO donor Schiff base ligand (H2L) and MoO 2(acac)2. The ye

Synthesis, characterization and pronounced epoxidation activity of cis-dioxo-molybdenum(VI) tridentate Schiff base complexes using tert-butyl hydroperoxide

experimental part, p. 2703 - 2709 (2011/01/10)

The synthesis and catalytic performance of novel cis-dioxo-Mo(VI) complexes containing simple ONO tridentate Schiff base ligands in the epoxidation of various olefins using tert-butyl hydroperoxide in desired times with excellent chemo- and stereoselectivity have been described. The study of turnover numbers and the UV-Vis spectra of the Mo complexes in the present epoxidation system indicate well the high efficiency and stability of the catalysts during the reaction. The electron-deficient and bulky groups on the salicylidene ring of the ligand promote the effectiveness of the catalyst.
