130357-67-4 Usage
Enzyme inhibitor
This cysteine-rich, 71-residue disintegrin (MW = 7602.46 g/mol; CAS 130357-67-4), from the snake Bothrops atrox (Barba amarilla) contains an RGD loop that facilitates high-affinity binding to integrins in a manner that inhibits ADP-induced platelet aggregation (IC50 = 133 nM), about 1000- times higher than that of Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser tetrapeptide. In addition, batroxostatin was about 400-times more potent than Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser at inhibiting melanoma cell adhesion to fibronectin. When covalently attached to plastic culture dishes, batroxostatin promoted adhesion of melanoma cells.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 130357-67-4 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,3,0,3,5 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 130357-67:
(8*1)+(7*3)+(6*0)+(5*3)+(4*5)+(3*7)+(2*6)+(1*7)=104
104 % 10 = 4
So 130357-67-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
