Usage

General Description

Amyloid beta-protein (1-38) is a peptide consisting of 38 amino acids, and is a key component of amyloid plaques found in the brains of individuals with Alzheimer's disease. It is a major product of the amyloid precursor protein (APP) metabolism, and is believed to play a role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
