The invention discloses a preparation method of cyclododecanone oxime. The method comprises the steps of mixing cyclododecanone, a small-molecular oxime, an organic silicone ether, a pH buffer agent and a solvent, adjusting the pH of the system to 1-3 by using an acidic catalyst and performing an oxime exchange reaction. According to the method provided by the invention, the reaction is a homogeneous system, the mass transfer requirements are low, and reaction products have no ammonium sulfate by-products; after the reaction is completed, a reaction liquid is subjected to rectification to separate small-molecular ketones, so that the problem of difficult oil-water separation of hydroxylamine oximation can be solved; and the method has a high raw material conversion rate and high product selectivity.
