Description
Vat Orange 1, Solubilized is a yellow-orange dye in the form of an orange powder. It is soluble in water and exhibits a shallow green-yellow fluorescence under ultraviolet light. This dye is known for its relatively good sun and wet fastness properties, although it may still experience some loss when exposed to sunlight, particularly in woven fabrics.
Used in Textile Industry:
Vat Orange 1, Solubilized is used as a dye for cotton fabric dyeing and printing. Its good sun and wet fastness properties make it widely used in printing and dyeing cloth washable fabrics and furniture, such as curtains, upholstery, and bed linens. It can be applied through direct printing, resist printing, or white discharge printing techniques.
Vat Orange 1, Solubilized is also used for dyeing and printing other types of fabrics, such as viscose, polyvinyl alcohol, polyester, and silk. Its solubility in water and compatibility with various fibers make it a versatile dye for the textile industry.
Preparation
(a) in the presence of Pyridine, with Chlorosulfonic acid treatment C.I. Vat Orange 1 leuco; (b) Metal used in Pyridine(such as copper, iron, zinc, etc) and Sulfur trioxide source (such as Sulfur trioxide, Chlorosulfonic acid or Methyl chlorosulfonate) processing ?C.I. Vat Orange 1. The above two kinds of circumstances are through with alkali, filter out the insoluble,, remove Pyridine?and salting-out.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 1324-15-8 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 1,3,2 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 1 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1324-15:
(6*1)+(5*3)+(4*2)+(3*4)+(2*1)+(1*5)=48
48 % 10 = 8
So 1324-15-8 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
