Usage

Description

ACETONEPEROXIDES is a mixture of monomeric and linear dimeric acetone peroxides (mainly 2,2-hydroxyperoxypropane), with minor proportions of higher polymers, usually mixed with an edible carrier such as cornstarch. The cornstarch mixture is a fine, white, free-flowing powder with a sharp acrid odor similar to that of hydrogen peroxide when the container is first opened. It is a strong oxidizing agent and exposure to skin and eyes should be avoided.
