Daphnane diterpenoids for resisting prostate cancer and preparation method thereof

-

Paragraph 0056-0060, (2021/03/24)

The invention discloses daphnane diterpenoids capable of resisting prostate cancer and a preparation method of the daphnane diterpenoids. It is found in the invention that the daphnane diterpenoids can significantly inhibit the proliferation of various prostate cancer cells; and the activity of some daphnane diterpenoids at a cellular level and an animal level is higher than the activity of the existing clinical targeting drug enzalutamide, and the daphnane diterpenoids have a strong synergistic effect after being combined with enzalutamide for use and are expected to become a candidate medicine for treating or assisting in treating castration-resistant prostate cancer.
