The two Ο-phosphoseryl-containing peptides, Ac-Gly-Ser(P)-Gly-NHMe and Ac-Glu-Ser(P)-Leu-NHMe were prepared by the use of Boc-Ser(PO3Ph2)-OH in the Boc mode of peptide synthesis for the preparation of the protected Ser(PO3Ph2) peptides, followed by cleavage of the phenyl phosphate groups by platinum-mediated hydrogenolysis.
