Usage

General Description

(D-HIS2)-HISTRELIN is a synthetic peptide analog of the natural hormone GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone) that is used in the treatment of hormone-responsive cancers such as prostate cancer and breast cancer. It works by initially stimulating the release of gonadotropins which then leads to a decrease in the production of testosterone and estrogen, thereby inhibiting the growth of hormone-sensitive tumors. Additionally, it can also be used in the management of central precocious puberty and in the treatment of endometriosis. This chemical is administered through subcutaneous injection and has demonstrated efficacy and safety in clinical trials.
