Perfluorooctyl amphophosphate synthesis method
-
Paragraph 0010, (2016/12/16)
The invention discloses a synthesis method of perfluorooctyl amphophosphate. The method comprises the steps of the preparation of 2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl phosphate sodium; the preparation of N-[3-(dimethylamino)-propyl]perfluorooctyl sulfonamide; and the preparation of a fluorocarbon amphophosphate surfactant. According to the invention, a catalyst is effectively selected. A reaction solvent is safe and nontoxic, and is versatile in every step. An intermediate conversion rate is high, while separation and purification are not carried out. The process flow is simple and environment-friendly. The perfluorooctyl amphophosphate prepared with the method provided by the invention has good water solubility and good surface activity.

A newly prepared quaternary ammonium salt (QAS) gemini fluorosurfactants efficiently catalyze one-pot Mannich reactions of aldehydes, amines and ketones in aqueous media at ambient temperature to afford corresponding β-aminocarbonyl compounds in good to excellent yields. In addition, the gemini fluorosurfactant catalysts were recovered and reused for three times with little loss of their catalytic activities.
