The crystal and molecule structure of the title compound has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction data collected using both Mo-Kα and Cu-Kα radiations.The results of the two analyses are in good agreement and confirm the NMR-based regiochemistry of the conjugate addition step.The molecule has an extended conformation and the two asymmetry centers have the same S,S chirality.The conformation is discussed on the basis of the van der Waals-interactions.
