The invention relates to a preparation method of trialkyl-silicon-based acrylate or trialkyl-silicon-based methacrylate and belongs to the technical field of preparation of silane compounds. The preparation method comprises the following two steps: step one, reacting trialkyl silane alkoxide and oxygen-containing inorganic acid or sulfonic acid to generate silicon-based inorganic acid ester or silicon-based sulfonic acid ester; and step two, reacting silicon-based inorganic acid ester or silicon-based sulfonic acid ester and acrylate or methyl acrylate in the presence of a polymerization inhibitor, so as to obtain trialkyl-silicon-based acrylate or trialkyl-silicon-based methacrylate. Because only two reaction steps are adopted, and by utilizing the subsequent filtration and refining, the yield and purity are high, the requirement of industrial amplification production can be met; because no hydrogen chloride or hydrogen chloride salt is generated during the reactions, the corrosion effect on equipment is very light; by utilizing the trialkyl silane alkoxide rather than the trialkyl chlorosilane, the raw material polluting the environment is avoided.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation method where the formation of polymeric substance is hardly present, and further, unsaturated carboxylic acid silyl ester can be refined by distillation, even if the distillation operation takes a long time, with a high product recovery rate. SOLUTION: When unsaturated carboxylic acid, triorganomonochlorosilane and a base are reacted in a solvent to produce unsaturated carboxylic acid silyl ester so as to be distillated, after the completion of the reaction, the reaction liquid is added with an amine-based polymerization inhibitor, and distillation is performed: as the amine-based polymerization inhibitor, N-i-propyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylene diamine, N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, N,N'-di-2-naphthyl-p-phenylenediamine is preferable. Tris(triphenylphosphine)cuprous chloride [Cu(PPh3)3Cl] has been found to be an efficient catalyst for the dehydrosilylation of carboxylic acids with silanes. In the presence of 4 mol% Cu(PPh3)3Cl, dehydrosilylation reactions in acetonitrile afforded the corresponding silyl esters at 80°C in good yields. It was noted that triphenylphosphine itself also functions as an adequate catalyst for the reaction. Copyright Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
