The solvatochromic behavior of the 1,4-bis(((2-methylthio) phenylimino)methyl) benzene [BMTPMB] in single solvents and binary mixtures were investigated. Fluorescence spectra show the dual emission due to twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) stat
