The cycloaddition of C-substituted N-arylnitrilimines to allenyl phosphonates occurs at the 1,2 double bond of cumulene with the formation of a mixture of regioisomeric pyrazoles.The reaction of nitrilimines with propynylphosphonates occurs regioselectively.
