Addition of protic nucleophiles to phosphoro(phosphono)isothiocyanatidates and -isothiocyanatidothioates is studied. The reactions with aniline and 2-bromoethylamine hydrobromide yield 1,3,4-thiazaphospholines and N-(thio)phosphorylated 2-imino-1,3-thiazolidines, respectively. The reaction of phosphorylated thiourea with methyl chloroacetate gives 1,3-thiazolidin-4-one. β-Aminoethyl mercaptan hydrochloride reacts with phosphoroisothiocyanatidates and -isothiocyanatidothioates in the presence of triethylamine to form stable phosphorylated ureas. 1999 MAHK "Hayka/Interperiodica".
