Novel chiral fluorescent sensors are synthesized from a dibromide containing a tetraphenylethylene moiety and enantiomerically pure amino alcohols and an amine. The sensors are applied for the chiral recognition of a wide range of chiral carboxylic acids and related derivatives.

The invention discloses a chiral fluorescence sensor compound, and a synthetic method and application thereof. A TPE derivative group with an AIE effect is connected with a chiral nitrogen-containinggroup to obtain the compound with AIE activity. The compound probe has good recognition effect on monocarboxylic acid, dicarboxylic acid, small-molecular acid, weak acid, carboxylic acid derivatives,chiral ester and chiral phenol isomers. Under the low concentration of 5*10 mol/L, the fluorescent probe can be used as a fluorescent sensor for p-methyldibenzoyl tartaric acid, and can quantitatively analyze the enantiomer composition of p-methyldibenzoyl tartaric acid.
