The invention discloses a fused ring arylamine compound, application thereof and an organic electroluminescent device containing the compound. The fused ring arylamine compound is formed by combining a formula (1) and a formula (2). In the formulas, Z is independently selected from S or O; Y is independently selected from C or Si; and ring X is independently selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3-50 ring-forming carbon atoms and a substituted or unsubstituted divalent heterocyclic group having 4-50 ring-forming atoms. The compound provided by the invention is used as a main body material or an electron blocking material of an organic electroluminescent device, has a three-dimensional effect, and can effectively inhibit aggregation and ensure the stability of the device, so that the service life of the device is greatly prolonged; and O/S ortho-position substitution on dibenzofuran/dibenzothiophene can regulate the energy level and mobility of the material, so the device efficiency is improved.
