Paragraph 0047-0066, (2019/10/01)
The invention discloses a method for synthesizing sodium (4-sulfonamidoaniline) methanesulfonate. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding an aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen sulfite into a formaldehyde solution, controlling a temperature, regulating a first pH value to be weakly alkaline, and introducing gases to expel formaldehyde; adding activated carbon, performing filtering toobtain a first filtrate, and regulating a second pH value of the first filtrate to be acidic so as to obtain a sodium hydroxymethanesulphonate solution; and S2, heating sulfanilamide and water to obtain an aqueous solution, and dropping the sodium hydroxymethanesulphonate solution into the aqueous solution in a certain time so as to react; adding activated carbon to filter so as to obtain a secondfiltrate, adding ethanol into the second filtrate for performing stirring, and performing after-treatment to obtain the sodium (4-sulfonamidoaniline) methanesulfonate. Due to high solubility in water, the sodium (4-sulfonamidoaniline) methanesulfonate can be applied to infection prevention of injection, drip and operations, and is used for infection caused by streptococcus, gonococcus and the like. The synthetic method is high in yield and meets industrial production requirements.
