The reaction of the 2-benzoyl-1,2-dihydroisoquinaldonitrile fluoroborate salt with indene leads to a single indenopyrrole derivative.But nmr data did not prove the regiochemistry of the reaction and a chemical demonstration has been carried out.It allows to obtain the regioisomeric indenopyrrole derivative.Moreover the last structure was also established by a radiocristallographic study.
