The invention provides a synthesis method of 1-(5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine-2-yl) ethylamine, which relates to the field of organic intermediate synthesis and comprises the following steps: 1) generating 2-(1-ethoxy vinyl)-3-fluoro-5-chloropyridine from 2-bromo-3-fluoro-5-chloropyridine and tributyl-(1-ethoxy ethylene) tin under the catalysis of tetrakis (triphenylphosphine) palladium; 2) reacting the product obtained in the step 1) with hydrochloric acid to generate 2-acetyl-3-fluorine-5-chloropyridine; 3) reducing the product obtained in the step (2) to obtain 1-(3-fluoro-5-chloropyridine-2-yl) ethane-1-ol; 4) chlorinating the product obtained in the step (3) to obtain 5-chloro-2-(1-chloroethyl)-3-fluoropyridine; 5) reacting the product obtained in the step 4) with ammonia water to obtainthe product 1-(5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine-2-yl) ethylamine. The invention has the advantages of easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, high selectivity, good operability of post-treatment, high yield and easiness in large-scale production.
