Paragraph 0067-0071, (2021/09/22)
The invention belongs to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials, and discloses an organic electroluminescent material based on pyrazolo [2, 3-F] [1, 10] phenanthroline-2, 3-dinitrile and an application of the organic electroluminescent material in an OLED. According to the organic electroluminescent material based on the pyrazolo [2, 3-F] [1, 10] phenanthroline-2, 3-dinitrile and the application of the organic electroluminescent material in the OLED, the pyrazolo [2, 3-F] [1, 10] phenanthroline-2, 3-dinitrile serves as a core, the same electron-donating groups are connected to the two sides, the obtained molecular structure is rigid, the horizontal orientation ratio is high, and the organic electroluminescent material has the TADF characteristic, therefore, the material has the characteristics of efficient solid-state luminescence and high utilization rate of electrical excitons. An organic electroluminescent device with high efficiency and low efficiency roll-off can be prepared based on the material.

This paper reports the self-assembling and two-photon absorption natures of donor-acceptor molecules, tri(phenanthro)hexaazatriphenylene (TPHAT-C) and tri(phenanthrolino)hexaazatriphenylene (TPHAT-N), bearing six electron-donating moieties. In the 1H NMR spectra, a line-broadening effect, arising from self-assembled aggregation was observed. Several hundred nanometer scale aggregates were detected in dynamic light scattering. The one-dimensional aggregation of the TPHAT molecules was indicated by the concentration dependence in UV/vis one-photon absorption and one-photon excited fluorescence spectroscopies. An enhancement of the two-photon absorption cross-section was observed in the self-assembled TPHAT system. The order of the two-photon absorption nature is in agreement with the order of the aggregative nature.
