Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 143696-72-4 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,4,3,6,9 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 7 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 143696-72:
(8*1)+(7*4)+(6*3)+(5*6)+(4*9)+(3*6)+(2*7)+(1*2)=154
154 % 10 = 4
So 143696-72-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis and antibacterial activity of some imidazo[1,2-a[pyrimidine derivatives

Rival,Grassy,Michel

, p. 1170 - 1176 (2007/10/02)

A series of 75 imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized. The 'in vitro' antibacterial activity of these compounds and their corresponding α-bromoketones against a variety of gram (+), gram (-) bacteria and Mycobacterium species is reported. Some of the prepared derivatives exhibited potent antimicrobial activity.

Inotropic agents
