According to the boron-containing compounds provided by the invention, at least one substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl group is fused on carbazole, so a conjugate plane is enlarged, electron delocalization is more obvious, a HOMO energy levelis shallower, and a LUMO energy level is deepened, thereby improving the charge transmission performance of a material, balancing carrier transmission, and effectively reducing voltage and improvingluminous efficiency. The compounds are applicable to organic electroluminescent devices.
