Boryl Radical-Mediated C?H Activation of Inactivated Alkanes for the Synthesis of Internal Alkynes
Han, Jia-Bin,San, Htet Htet,Guo, Ao,Wang, Long,Tang, Xiang-Ying
, p. 2366 - 2370 (2020/11/30)
An intriguing pyridine-boryl radical-mediated C?H alkynylation reaction of inactivated alkanes was described. The reaction features mild operation condition and wide substrate scope, and affords the corresponding products in moderate to good yields. Notab
Visible light promoted coupling of alkynyl bromides and Hantzsch esters for the synthesis of internal alkynes
Song, Zhi-Yong,Zhang, Chun-Lin,Ye, Song
, p. 181 - 185 (2019/01/04)
A metal-free visible light promoted C(sp3)-C(sp) coupling reaction of alkynyl bromides and Hantzsch esters was developed, giving internal alkynes with primary, secondary, tertiary alkyl or other functional groups in good to high yields.
Microwave-promoted copper-free Sonogashira-Hagihara couplings of aryl imidazolylsulfonates in water

supporting information, p. 203 - 208 (2013/03/14)
Aryl imidazol-1-ylsulfonates have been efficiently cross-coupled with aryl-, alkyl-, and silylacetylenes in neat water under copper-free conditions at 110 °C assisted by microwave irradiation. Using 0.5mol% of an oxime palladacycle as precatalyst, 2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2′,6′- dimethoxybiphenyl (SPhos, 2mol%) as ligand, hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as additive, and triethylamine (TEA) as base, a wide array of disubstituted alkynes has been prepared in good to high yields in only 30min.
