A copper-catalyzed enantioselective Claisen rearrangement of easily accessible enolphosphonates using the commercially available PhBOX as the chiral ligand was developed. A wide range of rearrangement products with contiguous tertiary and all-carbon quaternary centers were obtained in excellent yields and stereoselectivities.
