Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 149013-07-0 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,4,9,0,1 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 149013-07:
(8*1)+(7*4)+(6*9)+(5*0)+(4*1)+(3*3)+(2*0)+(1*7)=110
110 % 10 = 0
So 149013-07-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis, characterization, and biological properties of bivalent transition metal complexes of Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), and Zn(II) with some acylhydrazine derived furanyl and thienyl ONO and SNO donor Schiff base ligands

Chohan, Zahid H.

, p. 1 - 6 (2008/10/08)

Some acylhydrazine derived furanyl and thienyl ONO and SNO donor Schiff base ligands and their Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), and Zn(II) complexes have been prepared and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, magnetic moments, molar conductances, and

Bivalent metal complexes of hydrazones derived from aromatic acid hydrazides and furan-2-carboxaldehyde

Ibrahim, K M,Rakha, T H,Abdallah, A M,Hassanian, M M

, p. 361 - 363 (2007/10/02)

Several new metal complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Pd(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II) with hydrazones derived from benzoic, p-methyl or p-nitro substituted acid hydrazide and furan-2-carboxaldehyde are reported. The complexes have been characterized by the elemental analysis, molar conductance, spectral (IR, electronic) and magnetic studies.IR spectra show that the ligands coordinate in bi- and/or tri-dentate manner.Different stereochemistries are proposed for Co(II), Ni(II), Pd(II) and Cu(II) complexes on the basis of spectral and magnetic studies.
