Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 149950-34-5 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,4,9,9,5 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 4 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 149950-34:
(8*1)+(7*4)+(6*9)+(5*9)+(4*5)+(3*0)+(2*3)+(1*4)=165
165 % 10 = 5
So 149950-34-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

DERIVATIVES OF 6-SUBSTITUTED TRIAZOLOPYRIDAZINES AS REV-ERB AGONISTS

-

Page/Page column 43; 56, (2013/04/13)

The present invention provides novel 6-substituted [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazines that are agonists of Rev-Erb. These compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, are suitable means for treating any disease wherein the activation of Rev-Erb has therapeutic effects, for instance in inflammatory and circadian rhythm-related disorders or cardiometabolic diseases.

Synthesis of hydroxylated oligoarene-type phosphines by a repetitive two-step method

Ishikawa, Shunpei,Manabe, Kei

supporting information; experimental part, p. 297 - 303 (2010/03/24)

Hydroxylated oligoarene-type phosphines with various substitution patterns were synthesized. Such phosphines have potential as ligands for transition metal-catalyzed reactions. A successful route, which includes a repetitive Suzuki-Miyaura coupling-triflation sequence, reduction, and salt formation, was established starting from 2-bromophenyldicyclohexylphosphine oxide. Other key aspects of the method are the use of suitable triflation reagents and the formation of phosphines as HBF4 salts. Interesting information was obtained from careful analysis of the byproducts in the triflation and reduction steps, and the mechanisms for their formation were proposed.

8-Azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane derivatives

-

Page/Page column 9, (2008/06/13)

The present invention relates to a 8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane derivative of Formula I, wherein each of the substituents is given the definition as set forth in the specification and claims, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or solvate thereof. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an 8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane derivative in admixture with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliaries and to the use of the 8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane derivative in therapy.
