The invention discloses an industrial production method of 4,6-dichloro-5-fluoro-2-aminopyrimidine, relating to the technical field of the industrial production of 4,6-dichloro-5-fluoro-2-aminopyrimidine. The industrial production method comprises the following steps: with 4,6-dihydroxy-5-fluoro-2-aminopyrimidine as the raw material, reacting with DMF and phosphorus oxychloride to obtain a chlorination product intermediate, adding a certain amount of water to generate quenching reaction, and directly heating for hydrolysis so as to generate a target product, wherein the intermediate is not separated; and removing an acidic reaction mother solution through centrifugation, carrying out drip washing on a filter cake by virtue of dilute ammonia water, and drying, so as to obtain the finished product, namely 4,6-dichloro-5-fluoro-2-aminopyrimidine. According to the method, the product yield is more than 85%, the product content is more than 98%, the water content is less than 0.5%, and theproduct is good in color. The acidic reaction solution does not need to be neutralized by virtue of a large amount of alkali in the production process, the production process is an environment-friendly production process, the yield is high, the production cost is lowered, the product impurity is high, and the later-period application is promoted.
