The invention discloses a preparation method and an application of a benzothiophene carboxylic acid salt, belongs to the field of chemical engineering, and particularly relates to the field of small molecule fluorescent probes, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: Step 1. 2, 2’ -dithiobenzoic acid and phosphorus pentasulfide were added to xylene, heated to reflux, and the product was hot filtered and recrystallized from ethanol to give a red solid, i.e. compound 1. Step 2: The compound 1 and methylamine aqueous solution were added to absolute ethanol and reacted at room temperature, and the product was separated and purified by silica gel chromatography column to give a yellow solid as compound 2. Step 3: Compound 2 , 1, 3 - acetone dicarboxylic acid and sodium hydroxide were added to purified water, reacted at room temperature, the product was filtered, and the filter cake was washed with dichloromethane to give a yellow solid as compound 3. Raw materials are cheap and easily available, the reaction conditions are mild, the synthesis method is simple and convenient, and the preparation method is easy to prepare. The utility model has the advantages of good selectivity, high sensitivity, fast response and obvious phenomenon.
