Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 158770-93-5 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,5,8,7,7 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 158770-93:
(8*1)+(7*5)+(6*8)+(5*7)+(4*7)+(3*0)+(2*9)+(1*3)=175
175 % 10 = 5
So 158770-93-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

COMPOUNDS AND METHODS FOR THE TARGETED DEGRADATION OF THE ANDROGEN RECEPTOR

-

, (2016/08/17)

The present invention relates to bifunctional compounds, which find utility to degrade and (inhibit) Androgen Receptor. In particular, the present invention is directed to compounds, which contain on one end a VHL ligand which binds to the ubiquitin ligase and on the other end a moiety which binds Androgen Receptor such that Androgen Receptor is placed in proximity to the ubiquitin ligase to effect degradation (and inhibition) of Androgen Receptor. The present invention exhibits a broad range of pharmacological activities associated with compounds according to the present invention, consistent with the degradation/inhibition of Androgen Receptor.

CHEMOKINE RECEPTOR BINDING COMPOUNDS

-

Page/Page column 48, (2010/11/26)

The present invention relates to chemokine receptor binding compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and their use. More specifically, the present invention relates to modulators of chemokine receptor activity, preferably modulators of CCR4 or CCR5. In one aspect, these compounds demonstrate protective effects against infection of target cells by a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
