The present invention relates to novel heterocyclic compounds having the general formula (1) STR1 wherein: X is O, S or Se; R1 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkyl or CF3 ; R2 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkyl or CF3 ; W is O, S, NH or N-lower alkyl; R3 is H, lower alkyl or lower acyl; Ar is phenyl, furyl, thienyl, naphthyl, pyridyl or pyrrolyl, optionally substituted by R6 ; R6 is one or more groups selected from lower alkyl, lower acyl, halogen, lower alkoxy, CF3, OH, NO2 or NR4 R5, wherein R4 and R5 independently are H, lower alkyl or lower acyl; geometrical and optical isomers and racemates thereof where such isomers exist, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof and solvates thereof having therapeutic activity, processes and intermediates for their preparation, pharmaceutical formulations containing said compounds and the medicinal use of said compounds.
