, p. 409 - 414 (1994)
A suspension culture derived from the seedling leaves of Picea glehnii accumulated two lignans, pinoresinol and trans-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol. The enantiomeric compositions of pinoresinol and dihydrodehydrodiconifery
The Constituents from the Leaves of Magnolia coco
Yu, Hsi-Jung,Chen, Chien-Chih,Shieh, Bor-Jinn
, p. 773 - 778 (2007/10/03)
Eighteen compounds including fourteen lignans, one coumarin, and three alkaloids were isolated from the leaves of Magnolia coco. Their structures were established by comparison of spectral data with literature values. Among them, N-acetylanolobine was elucidated as a new compound.
The Constituents of Eucommia ulmoides OLIV. V. Isolation of Dihydroxydehydrodiconiferyl Alcohol Isomers and Phenolic Compounds
Deyama, Takeshi,Ikawa, Takeko,Kitagawa, Shizuka,Nishibe, Sansei
, p. 1785 - 1789 (2007/10/02)
Two new lignans, erythro-dihydroxydehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (1) and itsthreo isomer (2), were isolated from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides OLIV. (Eucommiaceae), together with six known lignans and three known phenolic compounds.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and chemical evidence.Keywords---Eucommia ulmoides; lignan; dihydroxydehydrodiconiferyl alcohol; dihydrobenzofuran; phenolic compound; 13C-NMR; HPLC
