The invention discloses a preparation method of an organosilicone acrylate monomer and an organosilicone methacrylate monomer for UV (ultraviolet) curing resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) reacting acyloxy silane and acryloyloxyalkyl trialkoxysiliane or methacryloyloxyalkyl trialkyloxy silane in the presence of an organic solvent, an acid catalyst or a polymerization inhibitor, wherein the reaction temperature ranges from 30 DEG C to 70 DEG C; and (2) after finishing the reaction, adding an organic solvent into a mixture system to dilute, wherein the addition amount of the organic solvent is 30-60% by mass of the mixture system after reaction, washing, separating, drying and removing the solvent to obtain the pure organosilicone acrylate or organosilicone methacrylate monomer. The method disclosed by the invention is 'one-pot type' reaction, the reaction yield is high, the side effects are fewer, and the obtained monomer is pure and transparent and has good compatibility with a silicone resin system.
