The first synthesis of 3'- or 5'-nucleosidyl phosphorofluoridothioates RO-P(S)(OH)F have been accomplished via nucleosidyl phosphoramidofluoridates RO-P(NPr12)F.An analogous convenient procedure has been employed to prepare 3'- or 5'-nucleosidy
