The invention discloses a synthesis method of intermediate allene phosphonic acid. The synthesis method includes: taking phosphorus trichloride, propargyl alcohol, chloroform, dioxane, Ni (NO3) 2 6H2O, Fe (NO3) 3 9H20 and sodium citrate as main raw materials; performing substitution reaction on propargyl alcohol and phosphorus trichloride under the action of a catalyst to generate propylene dioxychloride and then rearrangement in chloroform to form the intermediate allene phosphonic acid. The synthesis process is less in side reaction, short in synthesis step, simple in aftertreatment and moderate in reaction condition, and yield is greatly increased as compared with that of a traditional process.
