Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 1737-80-0 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 1,7,3 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1737-80:
(6*1)+(5*7)+(4*3)+(3*7)+(2*8)+(1*0)=90
90 % 10 = 0
So 1737-80-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

REACTION OF BIS(TRIFLUOROMETHYL)KETIMINE WITH CARBOXYLIC ACID AMIDINES
Kapran, N. A.,Yagupol'skii, Yu. L.,Cherkasov, V. M.
, p. 1063 - 1066 (2007/10/02)
The reaction of bis(trifluoromethyl)ketimine with the amidines of benzoic, trichloroacetic, and trifluoroacetic acids yields the products of the addition of the acid amidines to the C=N bond of the ketimine which are converted upon heating through intermediate 1,3-aza-1,3-dienes to 1,2-dihydro-2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,6-substituted 1,3,5-triazines.
