Description
REACTIVE RED 4 is a deep red powder that exhibits colorful red to blue light. It has a solubility of 50 g/L in water at 25°C. When used to dye fabrics, it imparts a colorful red tone to them. However, the presence of metal ions in the dye bath can cause the dyed fabric color to slightly turn pale.
Uses
Used in Textile Industry:
REACTIVE RED 4 is used as a dye for cotton and viscose fabrics. It is suitable for exhaust dyeing and cold pad batch dyeing processes. It is not recommended for neutral or basic white discharge applications.
