The pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate nickel(II) complexes with heterogeneous coordination sphere of the composition [NiX(plddtc)(PPh3)] · 0.5CHCl3 (X = Cl, Br; pld = C4H8, dtc = S2CN-) and [Ni(plddtc)(dppe)]X · nH2O (X = Cl, Br, I, NCS, NO3, ClO4, dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, n = 1,2) have been synthesized. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and electron spectroscopies, thermal analysis, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements. A single crystal X-ray structure analysis has been used to study [NiBr(plddtc)(PPh3)] · 0.5CHCl3. A deformed square-planar arrangement of donor atoms occurs in the NiS2PBr chromophore. Copyright
