Method for preparing pentadecane diethyl phosphate

The invention discloses a method for preparing pentadecane diethyl phosphate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) activation: activating tetraethyl methylenediphosphonate into carbon anions under the effect of sodium methoxide by using cyclohexane as solvent; 2) Wittig-Horner reaction and hydrolysis: adding myristic aldehyde (2-methyl-4-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1-cyclohexene-1-yl)-2-butylene-1-aldehyde) into the negative ion solution of tetraethyl methylenediphosphonate obtained in step 1), conducting a Wittig-Horner reaction, hydrolyzing to obtain a pentadecane diethyl phosphate solution; and conducting vacuum concentration to obtain a pentadecane diethyl phosphate concentrate. The preparation method of the invention can directly obtain the target product pentadecane diethyl phosphate with a formula III, and has the advantages of easily achieved reaction conditions, simple process operation, low energy consumption, and is suitable for industrial production.
