Ketone-substituted heterocyclic compound and anesthetic effect thereof

The invention discloses a ketone-substituted heterocyclic compound and an anesthetic effect thereof. Specifically provided are a compound represented by formula I, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a stereoisomer thereof, or a deuterated derivative thereof.
