α-O-Linked N-acelylgalactosamine clusters with 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 repenting units were synthesized using a reiterative blockwise appronch and N-substituted oligoglycine peptoid backbones. Orthogonally protected glycopeptide 5 and 7 were used as key building blocks.
