198022-70-7 Usage
Description
AM-404 (198022-70-7) inhibits anandamide transport (IC50?= 1 μM) without inhibiting anandamide amidase or activating cannabinoid receptors.1,2?Vanilloid receptors are activated by AM-404.3?Active?in vivo.1
Biological Activity
Competitive and selective inhibitor of carrier-mediated anandamide transport (IC 50 = 1 μ M). Does not activate CB 1 receptors or inhibit anandamide hydrolysis but has been shown to activate native and cloned vanilloid receptors (pEC 50 = 7.4). Active in vivo . Also available in water soluble emulsion (N-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-5Z,8Z,11Z,14Z-eicosatetraenamide ).

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 198022-70-7 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,9,8,0,2 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 7 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 198022-70:
(8*1)+(7*9)+(6*8)+(5*0)+(4*2)+(3*2)+(2*7)+(1*0)=147
147 % 10 = 7
So 198022-70-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
