PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel oxygen isotope-labeled compound useful as a supply source of an oxygen isotope. SOLUTION: An oxygen isotope-labeled compound is adopted that is a compound represented by the chemical formula [X=C(R1)(NHNH2)] (where, X is 17O or 18O, and R1 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C5 alkyl group, a C3-C8 cycloalkyl group, a C2-C4 alkenyl group, a C2-C4 alkynyl group, or an aryl group) or a salt thereof.
