General Description

CP-4126 is a Lipid Vector Technology (LVT) derivative of the chemotherapy drug Gemcitabine. Developed to address the physical-chemical limitations of Gemcitabine, this chemotherapeutic prodrug shows improved water solubility and prolonged release. It effectively converts to Gemcitabine inside the body, offering enhanced therapeutic benefits while reducing undesirable side effects. CP-4126 has shown potential efficacy in the treatment of various types of cancer, especially pancreatic cancer.
